Use

One framework for every place.

EXHIBIA is not a single device but a framework. The same exhibits speak with the same approved content wherever your visitors are.

  • In the exhibition

At a media station, at a terminal or via a QR code right next to the exhibit.

  • On your website

As an element within your existing site, just like on this one.

  • In your app

In your museum app or as a web app that runs in the browser without installation.

We build it in

You don't get a kit to install yourself: we deliver the framework and integrate it cleanly into your setting, together with your other service providers if you wish.

Curation

Curation and control

Your museum decides what each exhibit tells. Every exhibit gets a sheet like this one: who it is, what it talks about and which sources it draws on. Your team contributes, corrects and approves. If a visitor asks about something the sources do not cover, the exhibit says so. It does not guess.

Process

Process and pilot

A full year, with the full range of functions, for a limited number of exhibits. Afterwards you know whether EXHIBIA is right for your museum.

  1. 1. Initial call

We clarify your governing body, federal state and funding, and look at which exhibits are suitable.

  2. 2. Exhibits and sources

Your team selects the exhibits and approves the material they may speak from.

  3. 3. Personalities

We write an exhibit sheet for each exhibit: character, voice, sources. Your team reviews, corrects and approves.

  4. 4. In the gallery

The pilot runs with your visitors. Afterwards you decide, based on your experience, whether and how to continue.

Commissioning

What your procurement office needs to know.

We set up the pilot so that it fits your procurement office and your funding application: a fixed framework and a clear scope of services.

Pilot projects from €5,000

Funding

Many institutions finance interpretation projects through funding programmes. In the initial call we work out together which route suits your museum.
