2. General information on data processing
We process personal data only insofar as this is necessary to provide a functional website as well as our content and services. Processing is based on the GDPR and the German Federal Data Protection Act. This website does not set tracking cookies, uses no analytics or marketing services, and does not create user profiles.
3. Hosting and server log files
When you access this website, the hosting provider automatically collects information in server log files that your browser transmits. These are: IP address, date and time of access, page accessed, volume of data transferred, referrer URL, and browser and operating system information.
This data serves the technical delivery, stability and security of the website. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in error-free operation (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). The log files are deleted after a short period unless they are required to investigate a security incident.
4. Contact form
If you send us a request via the contact form, we process the data you provide (name, institution, email address and your message) in order to handle and respond to your request.

To send the enquiry notification by email, we use the service provider Resend (Resend, Inc., USA) as a processor. This may involve a transfer to the USA, safeguarded by the EU Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses. Your request will be deleted once it has been conclusively processed, provided that no statutory retention obligations apply.
5. AI chat and voice feature
On this website you can use an interactive demonstration of our AI companion — via text chat and optionally via voice. The text you enter or your voice input is transmitted to and processed by Google's interface (Gemini API, Google Ireland Ltd. / Google LLC) in order to generate the response.
Please do not enter any personal or confidential information in the chat. The legal basis is your implied consent through active use of the demo or our legitimate interest in presenting the feature (Art. 6(1)(a) or (f) GDPR). For the voice feature, a short-lived access token is additionally generated and audio is processed in real time. A transfer to the USA may occur, safeguarded by the Standard Contractual Clauses. We do not permanently store the chat and voice content on our systems.
6. No cookies, no tracking
This website uses no tracking cookies, no web analytics tool, and no services for reach measurement or re-targeting. No profiling takes place. Technically necessary storage (e.g. your language selection) occurs exclusively locally in your browser.
